Bob focuses his practice on commercial real estate lending, creditor representation, and real estate law.
Bob’s practice includes representation of commercial lenders in a variety of commercial real estate financing transactions and asset based loans; representation of buyers and sellers of commercial properties; structuring and negotiating sale and purchase transactions; drafting, negotiating and enforcing real estate leases; negotiation and resolution of complex title insurance issues as a licensed title insurance agent; representation of institutions in hundreds of bankruptcy, collection and foreclosure matters, representation of clients before municipal authorities, such as zoning hearing boards, and prosecuting appeals from such boards; representation of property owners in real estate tax appeal matters; and representation of residential lenders, buyers and sellers in thousands of residential real estate transactions.
Bob has lectured on areas of real estate transactions, mortgage foreclosure, collection law and landlord-tenant law, including participation in programs and seminars sponsored by the Pennsylvania Bar Institute, the Allegheny County Bar Association and national title insurance companies.
